📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged

Include your order number and a brief reason for return.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.


❌ Non-Returnable Item

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the issue to info@henrittabrownsupply.com and we’ll resolve it promptly.

⏱ Late or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received it, email us at info@henrittabrownsupply.com
